Your local transmission specialists
We are industry leaders in remanufacturing automatic transmissions. Our heritage of delivering quality, cost-effective products, top-tier customer service, quick turns, and a superior inventory and warranty traces all the way back to 1955. We continue this standard with ASE-certified specialists who use the latest industry equipment and diagnostic tools on import and domestic vehicles.
-
Transmissions/Trans-axles
We can rebuild automatic transmissions for most domestic and some import vehicles. We also offer one of the best free warranties in the industry: a 36 month / 75,000 mile warranty to non-commercial passenger cars and light duty (mid-size and 1/2 ton) trucks and vans.
-
Torque converters
A torque converter transfers power from your engine to your transmission. In automatic transmissions this allows the vehicle to move and helps with fuel efficiency. We build a wide variety of torque converters for many domestic, foreign and performance applications.
-
Transfer Cases
The heart and soul of 4x4's and off-road adventures, the transfer case receives power from the transmission and sends it to both the front and rear axles. This piece helps the car move and can provide extra traction in slippery road conditions. If you’re having trouble shifting into four wheel drive, give us a call.
-
Differentials
The power of your engine is transferred through the transmission to your differential. You can’t get very far with a bad differential. Whether you notice a whirring sound when you decelerate or a howling sound on acceleration, it’s possible your differential could need maintenance.
-
Drive Shafts
Scrape, rattle, and clunk—just a few telltale sounds of a worn shaft. Best case scenario you'll struggle to accelerate, worst case you'll eventually not be able to move forward.
-
CV shafts
These allow the front wheels to be turned left and right and move the vehicle forward. A broken shaft can lead to severe vibrations and total loss of control while driving.
-
Flywheels
Connected to the transmission via the clutch, this metal disc helps keep the engine running and sends power to the wheels. Clutch slippage and bad vibrations are signs of trouble.
-
Flexplates
This stamped steel disc for automatic transmission fulfills the same functions as its heavier counterpart, the flywheel. You’ll want to ensure this part doesn't crack so you can keep accelerating, shifting, and cruising smoothly.
